These terms are presented during account creation and must be accepted before the account can be created.
SharpEV.bet is an analytics and education product. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not create sportsbook accounts on a user's behalf.
The Service is designed to help users review market pricing, fair-odds estimates, and related betting context in one place.
Everything shown in SharpEV.bet is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is financial advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any specific wager.
Labels such as EV, positive EV, value, edge, rankings, alerts, and highlights are model outputs. They describe a calculation based on available inputs and assumptions, not a promise that a wager is advisable or likely to win.
Odds, lines, scores, availability, and market status can change quickly. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect, and a listed price may no longer be available by the time a user attempts to act on it.
Users are responsible for independently verifying the current odds, market terms, house rules, and settlement terms directly with the sportsbook before placing any wager.
Some pricing, odds, and related information displayed through the Service may come from third-party data providers, sportsbooks, APIs, or licensors. Those sources may impose contractual or intellectual-property restrictions on how the data can be used.
Users may view this information through SharpEV.bet for personal use, but may not scrape, export, republish, repackage, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the underlying odds or data as a standalone feed, file, API, or competing data product.
SharpEV.bet does not instruct, encourage, or advise any user to place a specific wager, stake amount, or betting strategy. Sorting, filtering, highlighting, and ranking tools exist for analytical convenience only.
Users remain solely responsible for deciding whether to place a wager and for understanding the risks of doing so.
SharpEV.bet may display links, promotions, sponsorships, or other references to third parties, including sportsbooks or partner services. SharpEV.bet may receive compensation in connection with some of those relationships.
Any relationship a user enters with a third party is governed by that third party's own terms, rules, and policies.
Users are responsible for complying with all federal, state, local, tribal, and international laws that apply to them, including any laws related to sports wagering, marketing, and age restrictions.
By creating an account, the user represents that they are legally permitted to use this type of analytics service in their jurisdiction and are of legal age where required.
Sports betting can be addictive and can cause financial harm. Users should not wager more than they can afford to lose and should stop using betting-related tools if they feel betting is becoming harmful.

By checking the acceptance box during account creation, the user agrees to these Terms of Service as of the date and time recorded by SharpEV.bet.
SharpEV.bet may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update may require renewed acceptance of the updated version.
